Day 1: "Do 4 Self" Freedom requires you to love yourself  

Today I have felt the call of my ancestors to take action.

 No longer is it ok to love another until I can fully love myself.  I understand that if I do not take care of my needs, no one will.  

I have watched in a painful, hopeful silence, waiting for my prayers to be answered. I have waited for the saviour, Not realizing that the power to save myself was always with me.  

My labor, My time and My money, I have given away to a people that have given nothing in return. It is now time to let go of these people who only love me for what I can give, without their reciprocity. 

  Today I have felt the call of my ancestors to take action. Today I am free.
